Plain English summary: GhanaHub does not sell your data. We do not require you to create an account. Most data is stored only on your own device. We use the Anthropic API to power live features, and your queries may be processed by their servers.

Data storage & security

The majority of GhanaHub's data storage happens on your own device via browser localStorage. We do not operate a database that stores your personal information.

Where data is transmitted (e.g. to the Anthropic API), it is sent over encrypted HTTPS connections. We do not log or retain API query content on our servers.

No system is 100% secure. If you believe there has been a security issue, please contact us immediately at the address below.

Your rights under Ghana law

Under the Ghana Data Protection Act 2012 (Act 843), you have the following rights:

Children's privacy

GhanaHub is a general information service and is not specifically directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
