Use of the service

• Use the AI Chat feature to generate misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content
• Impersonate GhanaHub, the Bank of Ghana, or any other person or organisation

Accuracy of information

• News headlines or summaries generated by AI
• Football scores or fixture information
• Emergency numbers, USSD codes, or bank status information

Exchange rates displayed are estimates based on publicly available data and AI web search. For official rates, always consult the Bank of Ghana (bog.gov.gh) or your bank directly before transacting.

AI-generated content

Several features on GhanaHub use the Anthropic Claude API to generate live responses, including exchange rates, news summaries, fuel prices, and the AI Chat. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information
• AI responses are not a substitute for professional financial, legal, or medical advice
• The AI Chat may occasionally produce incorrect or misleading outputs ("hallucinations")
• Queries you submit to AI features are processed by Anthropic's servers under their terms

Always verify AI-generated information from authoritative sources before acting on it.
